Mac Tires is an independent tire and automotive shop built around a simple philosophy: help customers choose what actually makes sense for their vehicle, their driving, and their budget.

That approach comes from decades of hands-on automotive experience. Before opening his own independent shop in 2008, Kevin spent three years working with BMW and nine years with Mercedes-Benz. That experience shaped the standards Mac Tires brings to the shop today: understanding the vehicle, paying attention to the details, and recommending the right solution rather than simply the most expensive one.

We do not just ask what size tire you need

Choosing the right tire is not only about finding the correct size.

Our team wants to understand how you actually use your vehicle. Do you have a short commute or spend hours on the highway? Are you driving a performance car? Is ride comfort important? Tread life? Handling? Or are you simply trying to get the best value for your money?

Those answers matter.

We work with premium tire brands such as Michelin and Bridgestone, along with more affordable alternatives. Sometimes the premium tire is absolutely worth the investment. Other times, we can recommend a lower-cost option with comparable specifications that makes more sense for the way you drive.

That is the knowledge we want to pass on to our customers.

The cheapest tire is not always the best value

A cheap tire is not necessarily a good deal. Saving money today does not help much if the tire needs to be replaced after 12,000 miles when a better option could deliver significantly longer useful life.

Our team looks beyond the sticker price. We help customers consider performance, expected tread life, driving habits and cost so they can make an informed decision.
